About the event

At 12:30am Meet us in front of Urban Asanas as we kick off the morning with Morning in Motion, an optional short walk around Bronson Park.
At 1:00 PM, we’ll settle in at the studio for a little pre-flow social time featuring light bites, chair massage, henna tattoos, and good company. Then roll out your mat for a 45-minute yoga flow led by Urban Asanas owner Talisa.
After we flow, we’re heading over to Matcharia AT 3:00PM for our post-flow drinks, photos, and a little more time to connect.
